To apply, complete our online application form available on the Admissions page. Ensure you have all required documents ready for submission. Our team will guide you through the process.

  1. Fill Out Online Application Form. Apply by filling out the form here: https://sp.assumptionantipolo.edu.ph/admissions

    Fill out the form once only. If it was filled out twice to correct, update, or revise responses, then inform the Admissions Officer via email. The subject line should be: Student’s Family Name Application Form-Duplicate Submission (e.g., Dela Cruz Application Form-Duplicate Submission).
  2. Email Requirements. Email clear photos or digital copies of the requirements to: admissions@assumptionantipolo.edu.ph

    The Subject Line should be: Student’s First Name Family Name (e.g., Juana Dela Cruz).

    Tip:
    Use your phone’s Notes app (iOS) to scan the documents or use Microsoft Lens or Google Drive’s scan document function to ensure that the images are clear.

  3. Pay Online. Pay the Php600 admissions fee (non-refundable) through online banking or onsite at the Finance Office. Email the proof of payment (transaction receipt or deposit slip) to finance@assumptionantipolo.edu.ph and to admissions@assumptionantipolo.edu.ph.

    The Subject Line should be: Admissions Fee-Family Name-Level (e.g., Admissions Fee-Dela Cruz-Elementary).

  4. Receive Email Response. Expect to receive an email from the admissions office within 48 hours, or two (2) business days, after submitting your completed application form, required documents, and proof of payment of admissions fee. The email includes the schedule of the entrance exam, along with the Admissions Questionnaire.
  5. Send Filled Admission Questionnaire. Email the filled-out Admissions Questionnaire to admissions@assumptionantipolo.edu.ph at least three (3) business days before the scheduled entrance exam.

    Rename the file: Admissions Questionnaire-First Name Last Name (e.g., Admissions Questionnaire-Juana Dela Cruz)

    The Subject Line should be: Family Name-Admissions Questionnaire (e.g., Abarquez-Admissions Questionnaire).
  6. Receive Application Results. Expect notification of the application results within at least three (3) business days after the student’s entrance exam.

Admissions deadlines vary each year. Please check our Admissions Timeline for specific dates. Early applications are encouraged to secure your child’s spot.

Yes, we maintain a waiting list for certain grades. If a spot opens, families on the list will be notified. We recommend applying early to increase chances of enrollment.

  1. PRESCHOOL

     

    AGE REQUIREMENT

    Nursery: At least 3 years and 10 months old by August of the upcoming school year
    Kinder: At least 4 years and 10 months old by August of the upcoming school year

    REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
    -One (1) clear copy of PSA Birth Certificate
    (digital during application; printed original upon enrollment)

    For Kinder Applicants:
    -Certificate of previous schooling (if available)

    For Foreign Applicants:
    -One (1) clear copy of Birth Certificate
    (digital copy during application; printed original upon enrollment)
    -One (1) copy of first page (data page) of passport, study permit (issued by the Bureau of Immigration), and alien certificate of registration or ACR (issued by the Bureau of Immigration)

  2. ELEMENTARY – Grades 1 to 6

     

    QUALIFICATION

    Report Card Grade Requirement:
    -Satisfactory grades in all subjects (no grade lower than 83)
    -Satisfactory conduct or GMRC grade

    Grade 1:
    -Able to read sentences in Filipino and English with comprehension
    -Presently enrolled in a DepEd accredited Preschool (Kinder level or its equivalent)
    -Has Learner Reference Number* (LRN) indicated in at least one of the school documents submitted

    REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
    For New or Returning Students
    -One (1) clear copy of PSA Birth Certificate (or Non-PSA for Foreign Applicants)
    (digital copy during application; printed original upon enrollment)
    -One (1) clear copy of current school year’s Report Card (latest quarter or semester; numerical grades; Learner Reference Number or LRN* indicated (no; digital copy during application; printed original final report card upon enrollment)
    -One (1) clear copy of the previous school year’s Report Card (numerical grades; Learner Reference Number or LRN* indicated; digital copy during application).

    NOTE: No Admissions Fee for Returning Students

    * Learner Reference Number is not required for Foreign Applicants

    For Foreign Applicants (Additional):
    -One (1) copy of first page (data page) of passport, study permit (issued by the Bureau of Immigration), and alien certificate of registration or ACR (issued by the Bureau of Immigration)

  3. HIGH SCHOOL – Grades 7 to 12

    -ESC Voucher Certificate for Junior High School Applicants or
    -SHS Voucher Certificate for Senior High School Applicants

    (digital copy during application; printed original upon enrollment)
