Reclaiming the Joy of God’s Beloved through the Holy Spirit

Written by: Nicole Therese V. Galang

The Assumption Antipolo community gathered in the Multi-Purpose Building on July 16 to reclaim once more, their joy as God’s Beloved by celebrating the Mass of The Holy Spirit.

The Eucharistic celebration began with Mr. Ruel Garlit’s introduction of the gifts that the Holy Spirit brings us every schoolyear. The gifts are knowledge, wisdom, understanding, counsel, fortitude, piety, and fear of the Lord. With the theme of the mass, ‘Holy Spirit, inspire us to reclaim our joy as God’s Beloved’, each department, team, and grade level draws out the gift that will guide them in order to live out a joyous school year.

Newly elected student leaders for this school year also had their induction to office and were blessed by the mass presider, Fr. Edward, to further strengthen them in their journey serving the student body with values upheld by the school.
