Assumption Antipolo Commemorates a Journey Towards Holiness

Written by: Millie Salita

Assumption Antipolo celebrated the monthly school mass at the Multi-Purpose Building last Friday, November 9, with the theme “We Reclaim our Joy as God’s beloved as we journey towards holiness.” The mass was sponsored by the Grade 8 students.

In honor of the month of holiness, the celebration began with the parade of saints, including our very own St. Marie Eugenie. This was followed by the mass celebrated by Fr. Gregory Shore and Fr. Sean Short. After the mass, the students headed back to their respective clusters for DEAR time. That day, the student body also attended a cultural show at the Assumpta Theater featuring Kammerchor Manila. The show choir presented several different folk songs and foreign songs. Assumption Antipolo’s very own Salinka Musika, and Komusikasyon club performed during the intermission.
